I don't really get why I'm so early at work this morning since well, I don't need to be. Or shouldn't need to.
Well, yes, if some of you have not already been reading the news, there has been a no. 1 signal raise for a typhoon.
Aunty Lay Hwa, who has experience in this, already warned me last night that The Observatory may raise it to a no. 3 today and I should make sure I have food if necessary. If the signal is at no. 8, apparently everyone has to stay indoors.
But you see, as I talked to some of my co-workers, they're pretty nonchalant about the whole typhoon thing - simply because it happens too many times.
The boys cheered yesterday when they knew about the possibly of a typhoon. Well, we haven't seen one in our lives. Though it's less obvious in urbanised areas.
Okay, I've gotta go back to work: typhoon signal no. 3 has just been raised.

Edit: It's one of our top stories as of 12:38. Thus, i'm known as the Typhoon Girl now.
P.S. Hmm and another note, i realise with the stronger-than-usual winds, it doessss get a little hard to explore the workplace when you're wearing a skirt.

it doesn't matter if the wind is stronger. you're a slut, so it makes absolute sense for you skirt to fly :D
